Diamond State Port Corporation (DSPC) Board of Directors Meetings

The Diamond State Port Corporation (DSPC) is the organization set up by the State of Delaware to run the current Port of Wilmington. Our Secretary of State, Charuni Patibanda-Sanchez, is the Executive in charge of the Diamond State Port Corporation.

For clarity, the Diamond State Port Corporation (DSPC) is a State entity that owns the Port of Wilmington. However, the Port of Wilmington is operated by a private company, Enstructure, a contract operator on behalf of the State of Delaware. The DSPC board is appointed by the Governor and subject to Senate confirmation, and the Senate oversees the state-owned port.
